Create One page with topic filter

Hi gents,
Trying to create a page like this:
Where there is a search function in place, with the same layout. I believe this solved the layout issue:

But more importantly is the search and filter function: how can I do it in this style, where the list loads accordingly on one page?
Specifically the "I want to learn about" function at the top. Let me know please, thanks!

You would need some sort of javascript filtering plugin. There might be something available if you search for "WordPress ajax filter posts", but you might need someone to build something custom for you.
