[Resolved] Create a picture + text (presentation in side-widget)

Hi, I know this is probably the most basic question you have ever answered. Anyway, thanks for helping me!
I would like to add a picture and some text in the rightside widget of the homepage. How can i do that? It shoule be a short presentation – Like: “Hi welcome to my homepage blabla..” Thanks, Jacob
