Create a Footer Widgets

Hi Leo,
I want to create a footer widget area on my entire site (except Blog).
I found Customize/ Widgets but some elements like social media icon & images carousel which I are found with Elementor are not accessible inside Appearance/ Customize
My footer widgets area is pretty simple with 1 Colum only (Logo, Contact info, Social media (elementor) , Image Carousel (elementor)
The other issue i have is that am am not able to Center my widgets it in the middle of my page. The alignment is right by default. My 4 widgets are placed on the top of each other and they need to be centered.

I also was inquiring about the widgets (social icons + carousel images) that are included with elementor but I find them inside Custumize>Widgets> Add widgets
Is there another way to get around this?
GP doesn't have built-in social icons or sliders.
You'll need certain plugins to achieve this. :)
