Could not update the meta value of _generate-full-width-content in database.

Hello. Hope you're all staying safe. I'm getting this weird error in some cases when adding a hook element to the bottom of a post.
Wanted to check if there's anything specific that might be causing this?
I'll share the step by step to reproduce / reach error point if the cause isn't obvious .

what is it you're adding to the Hook Element ?
Sorry, I explained wrong. It's a Block Element adding a hook (the author box from the volume site).
I think it might relate to Litespeed Cache though. I turned it off to debug and added it again and the error wasn't there. Does caching sound like something that might cause this?
Is there error in the Admin or on the Front End?
Theres a possibility that Page Caching could cause an issue but i would not expect it to apply to the Admin.
Admin area (as in right in the editor). How strange. I'll try replicate the error it again and note down the steps.
I saw something similar (though not the same wording) during the early days of Alpha/Beta too, but can't for the life of me remember now what might have been causing it.
Perhaps relevant: site does run full AMP (with the GP AMP Plugin installed, obviously).
Admin Area = Editor Yes :)
