Could Mobile Site View Issues Be Caused By Theme or GP?

I currently use the ForeFront theme and over the last month I have been getting emails from some mobile viewers that they can not see the site on their device using WiFi but can using data. Just brings up a white screen and time out, there again for some viewers not all.
I touched base with my hosting last night and after deactivating all plugins, they were experiencing the same issue but could offer no other advice. They ask if I was using a plugin for mobile views, which I am with Generate Disable Mobile.
Their only advice was to have a developer looking into the problem, which means obviously I have to try to find a solution myself.
One user that was having issues upgraded her router and she said it fixed it. So it is feasible that my theme might be causing an issue somehow? If not then I suspect it might be a wordpress issues somehow.

Hmm that's weird. I can view the site on mobile using Wifi no problem.

That being said, I just viewed your website with my phone on wifi with no issues.
