Core web vitals CLS issue: more than 0.16 (mobile)

Hi Team,
Wanted some insights on how to fix this CLS issue on mobile devices. There is no CLS issue on desktop as per the results. When I do a test on page speed insights, the lab data shows CLS as 0 but the origin summary shows the CLS as 0.16. I know it takes at least 28 days to update the results, but I have waited over 28 days and still, the CMS stays at 0.16. What exactly is causing the CLS issue on mobile ?.

the Origin Summary data is an accumulation of all tests performed on ALL Pages from that origin - whereas Lab Data is for that specific URL. So you may tests a page that has 0 CLS but other pages tested do not.
I did run a PSI test on the URL you tested and the Lab Data actually has a much higher CLS. The main issue there looks to be related to the WP Rocket Optimzied CSS Delivery (Critical CSS), which if not manually configured is a major cause of CLS

Combine CSS
Optimize CSS
Do I disable any of them ?.
