Copy of GPress theme ?!?

Hello Tom
I would like to know if there is a way to protect sites made with WP and GPress againt's copy ?
My site is http://www.boutique-ebook.com and I found a very bad copy here : http://www.sante-o-naturel.com/gratuits.php
This guy copy my childtheme's CSS and somme of my images and some piece of code...
I haev contacted this stupid robber but no answer :(

You can not obscure your CSS.

There's no real way to stop this from happening.
People disable right clicks etc.. but it doesn't do anything. People can just view the source and take what they want.
However, your images and content are copyrighted, so they are technically breaking that copyright.
