contents of gp hooks empty after manual update

Hi Tom,
I recently updated to 1.2.89. I have to do it manually by the deactivate>delete>upload>activate method. I noticed all my entries in the GP Hooks were gone and I had to manually re-enter them. I am not sure if I got them all.
Is this normal? Is there a way I can avoid this in the future.
Thats definitely not normal.
What version did you update from?
I think it was 1.2.81 to 1.2.89. I had a script in the wp_footer area that made the sidebars equal height with the content that was provided by a solution you posted on this forum.

I thought I had a google-stats code in the header area but don't see it in my notes. So maybe it was never there, I need to check with my client to double check.
I'm mobile right now but just updated my wifes site, her wp_footer content didn't go anywhere.
As for the code, nothing has changed recently when it comes to saving/showing the hooks, so I can't think of anything that would cause something like this.
Do you have another site to test it on?
