Content title Issue In GP Library Module

HI,
Using dev module from GP library but facing content title issue for each page which i am creating, i checked its due to element global header (Refer snapshot), i added page in exclusion and title is hidden but i dont want to do it for each page because it will be waste of time if i had to make 50 pages and will be very annoying if adding one by one in exclusion, So do we have other option for this ??
Can we delete this element permanent, which section it will break or affect??
or can we set all pages title hidden type condition ?? or any other condition which wont affect my site in anyway..

Global page header in Dev template is for Pages to display their title with proper paddings around it.

If you'd like to use the default page title format/layout, you can just disable this element.
