Content slider arrows not appearing

Hi there - I have added a content slider to the home page of this site, enabled arrows but they do not appear. Any tips on this? Thanks!

Hi Matt,
Looks like it's a BB slider so their support should be able to help you out.
Let me know if they think it's a GP issue.
