Mobile content/display conditions

My site looks horrible on mobile, so I'm trying to work on that. Specifically I'm having issues with hiding containers based on responsive visibility. It doesn't work for the 5 column row beneath 'The solution =...'. See http://www.id-veritas.com. Please let me know if you need user creds!
