Content and Sidebar Width Issue

Hi Tom & Team,

I am not a fan of the wide websites. I know this sounds strange to others because we have wider monitors nowadays but I want to keep my website width to 960px wide with sidebar width of 300px.

Here's what I want to accomplish

1. Website Container Width = 960px
2. Separating Space = 15px (Implemented)
3. Content Width = 615px
4. Right Sidebar Width = 330px

Please help me with some editing to accomplish these settings.

Hi there,

I would recommend setting the container width to 960px using the customizer:

Then just use the customizer option to fine tune the sidebar width:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sidebar-widths/

Using 35% should get you close to what you want. It's a better method for responsive purpose then setting a width.
