Container Spacing Not Being Set Globally
1 reply · Started by Warren on February 20, 2022
I only realised there was a global control setting (well I thought it was) for containers after some manual tweaking. So I reduced the manual padding of the containers that make up the homepage, to Zero (deleted so the field was blank), thinking I could then apply it globally via the Layout >> Container settings. It does not matter what I apply, the only setting under the Container setting that works is Container Width. Separating Space, Content Separator and Content Padding does not apply anything - not in preview mode, or publishing.
Is this a bug since Wordpress updates, or is there a correct sequence to apply this?
Hi there,
the Customizer settings will only apply to the Theme containers. It won't change the styles for any Containers you add to your content.
