Contain Background image wrong

i've setup another image for this page, but its showing this one?
why?
Some users tell me, they don't even see images, but others do.

Can you go to Dashboard > GenerateBlocks > Settings and click Regenerate CSS
i did that already
Was that page duplicated ?
yes, long time ago. we just moved the page and the new images have been set manually for every page
there are also many pages, where you don't see an image. after refreshing the page, sometimes the image appears.
i sent you the login credentials in the private information area before.
Is there any server side caches or optimizations being applied ? As i see some of the resources have a pagespeed query string attached to them.
yes we have a serverside cache, which i added after the problems occured.
Do you have a solution david?
Can you disable all plugins except GenerateBlocks to test?
Not possible, since the site is live now.
did anyone of you guys check the problem in the backend of my site?
