Contact form within a section

Hello,
I would like to put a very simple contact form in a section 5name/email/phone), very light, etc...
I tried with ninja form and it looks ugly (see on my site http://www.formationnegociation.be).
For example, something like that with 1/2 more fields (http://themes.profteamsolutions.com/selfie-multi/?page_id=4090)
How can I do that?

You would have to design the contact form using CSS or find a plugin which has pre-designed templates.
any plugin you'd be aware of? My knowledge of CSS is literally 0

Hmm not really. However if you ask the developer of the plugin (whether it's Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms etc..) they might be able to point you in the right direction to certain styles and skins they might provide :)
