Contact Form Integrating with CRM.

Hello,
We are using the Generate Press Contact Form on our Website.
Facing a few issues.
- Forms made in the Front end on Generate Press do not show anywhere in the dashboard area.
- Forms have to be made again and again for every page? Is there a way to save this as a template or a short-code. Any way to save these forms in so that i can just use the same form on different pages?
- Forms made are not detected by CRM tools like UPI CRM.

I Have disabled that. You can go ahead and check it out.
- The CONTACT US FORM on the Contact Us Page, doesn't show up in the dashboard. I am currently using a Plugin to collect all form entries. (Plugin: Contact Form DB)
- Also as mentioned earlier UPI CRM doesn't recognise the forms made from Elementor.

Not quite sure if I understand.
So you are using a plugin to make forms which shows in the front end/live site but not in Dashboard?
Have you checked with the plugin author?
Not seeing anything obvious on the page you linked - everything looks good to me.
