Constant cURL Errors causing timeouts

Hey folks,
i've been using your template for multiple projects and never really ran into any problems at all.
Now I've tried to install it for a new customer running their hosting at "alfahosting". Since then nothing really works.
I constantly have curl timeout errors, already tried to manually increase the timeout for cURL but nothing really fixed my issue.
Now I have been searching this forum and also tried most of the things mentioned in the doc and/or the forum.
I was able to install the premium plugin and the template, then I tried to enter the License key, doesnt work, then I tried to install the site elements also doesn't work and the site library is empty. Now I contacted the hosting company asking if they are blocking your template resources on gpsites.co which they declined. They suggested to get in contact with my template provider and "probably our connections to the template provider run into timeouts. The assumption that they are blocking us is obvious here. If necessary, you could contact the manufacturer about this."
Maybe you can help me fix this issue. Thank you in advance!
Hi there,
can the host confirm that they are able to reach both the gpsites.co and generatepress.com domains - if they can then there should be no issues. If they cannot and there is nothing there end blocking that then provide us with the server IP address and we will check to make sure its not on our blacklist.
