Console Error on check out process

We have used GP Premium addon on our site but addon conflict with check out process. We get this https://goo.gl/4aHcgv error message. We also debug this issue in a different way but we didn't get the solution & After deactivating the GP Premium Addon this functionality works perfectly ( https://goo.gl/q9syRn ). Can you please provide the solution for this? We are awaiting for your reply.

Instead of disabling GP premium, can you disable all non-GP plugins and see if the error is still there?

If not are you able to link us to the site?

Hi,
We have also tried this solution but this only happens with the GP Premium Addon. Here is our site link - http://plbsports.ezradigital.com/check-out/. Can you please update us with the solution asap?

Which add-on? Can you disable each add-on one by one until it works?
