Conflict with USPS Plugin

Hi I have noticed that there is conflict with woocommerce USPS plugin.
Whenever the usps plugin is active and you click add to cart on shop page you will notice that add to cart wheel keeps spinning even though the product gets added to the cart.
It work perfectly fine when woocommerce USPS plugin is deactivated.
Can you please help me figure out how can I address this?
same thing is happening at checkout page in order summary section. Wheels just keep spinning and it doesn't happen when USPS plugin is deactivated.

Can you do a quick test and activate a twenty series WP theme to see if the issue exist there as well?
