Hi there,
any chance you can send us Temporary Admin login so we can see whats occurring?
Sorry David, but I dont know how to do it secretly.
If I write a reply anyone can see it??

Can you just confirm the issue?
I am able to go into the Customizer, it takes a few seconds to load but it works. Let me know.
I can still do nothing, the customizer is empty, I cant choose any template nor element, this time, this message shows up: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds
Just to confirm, is the issue opening the Customizer?
I just opened it up in Chrome and everything seems to be working fine.
I record a video: https://www.useloom.com/share/6f4f37a05aa64d0a8278537a434e4e81
The previous days at least I could choose template even though nothing happens, but today as can you see in the video, templates dont show up.
My problem is not internet conection or computer because I try in several places, home and work with different computers.
Before we delve deeper, can you try disabling all other plugins aside from GP Premium and Thrive so we can test for plugin conflict.
Hi David again, I did what you say, disabling all plugins except those, and the problem persists, is the same.
Do you have another server to test on?
Something like this points to a server issue with communicating with another server:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds
GeneratePress itself shouldn't interfere with anything Thrive related, as it's not aware of Thrive in any way.
Im not such a tech guy, so Im lost this time. Should I ask my hosting company?
Definitely worth a shot - they might see some errors on the server side that will help resolve the issue.
Thank you very much, and sorry for bothering you :)
Not at all - I hope they're able to track down the issue :)
