I can still do nothing, the customizer is empty, I cant choose any template nor element, this time, this message shows up: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

The previous days at least I could choose template even though nothing happens, but today as can you see in the video, templates dont show up.
My problem is not internet conection or computer because I try in several places, home and work with different computers.

StaffCustomer SupportBefore we delve deeper, can you try disabling all other plugins aside from GP Premium and Thrive so we can test for plugin conflict.

Something like this points to a server issue with communicating with another server:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds
GeneratePress itself shouldn’t interfere with anything Thrive related, as it’s not aware of Thrive in any way.
