Completely uninstall plugin Nested Pages

I have uninstalled the plugin "Nested Pages" Despite this, it is the only appears in the menus of Generate Press.
What I have to do to uninstall completely?

Which GP menu are you referring to?
When I try to customize the menus of GP, I only can see the menus created by the plugin Nested Pages, despite I have deleted it. Look at this

Sorry I'm not sure how that plugin works.
But looks like you need to manually delete the pages?
Might be worth checking with the plugin support - GP doesn't do anything special for WordPress' menu system so it should be the same whether you are using GP or a twenty-series theme.
