[Support request] comments section not displaying name, email and website

on both of my site, I have GeneratePress premium and Elementor pro. In the comment section of each post, it does not display a box for name, email, and website. I have it checked in settings to display each of these. I am not sure what to do from here.

I checked the “What Is A Grudge?” post and can see those boxes no problem:

Those boxes should only show for users that aren’t logged in.
