Combine signup with header

Hi,
I've used Merge <!-- page header --> in Elements to merge my hero pics with the navigation bar.
Now my client also wants the sign-up box to be merged with the hero as well and I just don't know how to do it (plus I'm burned out enough that I can't find it in the help section!)
Thanks, Jana
Hi there,
Not sure if I understand.
Where is the signup box added currently?
You can try adding it in the header element content area?
Let me know :)
I haven't created it yet. I don't even know where I would create it to add it to the header element content area. I'm also using Elementor,.
And if I did have a code for it, wouldn't it conflict with my current merged header?
So, essentially, where would I create it and how would I add it to the header code?
<!-- page header -->
Thanks!
You would need to get the code for the signup box. The provider (MailChimp, for example) would provide the code.
Then you would add the code into your Header content instead of your <!-- page header --> comment.
I've tried inserting our crm code for our membership signup but I can't get it to work - I've tried to use the code they gave both on its own and filling it inbetween the
<!-- and the -->
Thanks!
You have to replace the entire thing: <!-- page header -->
The arrow and dashes make it an HTML comment which is not visible for the browsers:

Gotcha! Thank you! I didn't realize that another header was conflicting with the new one - so all is good. Thanks!
No problem :)
Sorry, I spoke too soon - now when I add my signup coding to the merged header, it pushes the hero photo down below the signup. It had previously covered everything all the way to the top of the page, where I wanted it.
Thanks for your help!
Your site is under coming soon page so I can't see the issue.
Sorry, I enabled you to see it.
PS - its not on the front page
PS – its not on the front page
So which page should I be looking at?
sorry - any internal page like:
http://box245.temp.domains/~animama7/test/citizens-of-action/
I assume you want the block "Become an important..." to show up with the Citizens of Action and the background image?
If so then you will need to actually that message block in it within Elementor.
Perhaps you should check with their support on how to deal with that the best?
Alternatively, you can create that entire thing using the page hero add-on, which you can check out some examples here:
