Combine Post Title with Content Container

Using Avery template. This seems like it should be an easy fix but I've been searching and cannot find the solution.
Right now my Post Titles are showing up above the content and sidebar containers.
I want to combine the Post Title and content container, so they are together on the left side, and my sidebar is on the right. (Example)

Hi Mindy,
I believe what you want is to simply remove the Global Posts Headers that came with the Avery import:

You can set it to draft to test first before removing it.
