Combine GP Premium CSS

Hi,
Why not doing the same for GP Premium CSS files ?

Hi there,
Premium styles are modular - so they are only requested if the module is enabled, and there is no way to combine them dynamically. And considering most Sites will use a cache / optimizer that combines CSS files it sort of becomes redundant.
