Columns padding lost in last update?

Hi,
for any reason columns lost paddigs in last update of generatepress or Gutenberg?

To be honest - i never use the core Columns block... and i don't recall if it ever did have any padding (?), its just one of the reasons i never used it.
If select the Columns Block and add it to a Group then it will get some padding.

so maybe is some update related to Wordpress new version.
I think I will add it in style.css, because I already use this block in the majority of the website
WP 5.9 did make some changes to the Columns UI - so that may be the issue.
Sounds like a good solution.
