Columns on a WP5 "Block" Page

I'll admit I'm trying to stay within the "block" aspect of WP5 for this particular site. I'm setting up a page on an author's web site - copies of book covers on the left, with titles & descriptions next to them on the right. Pre-blocks, this was rather easy. I wrote the text, then went back before the first letter of the paragraph, inserted the pic, and then left-justified it and flowed the text around it.
I may have screwed up this time by putting the book covers in first. Without text, the covers were all stacked on top of each other, like a column. I wrote the text for the first cover, moved it up, and now the next picture in line is trying to jam itself up next to the first pic after the info paragraph.
I've used the Lightweight Grid Columns plugin on another site, and I may end up using it here as well. I might even revert to the Classic editing setup. But I just wondered if there was a trick I could apply using the Block scheme that would "stack" everything like the pre-WP5 editor used to.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
Very best,

Hi Scott,
Does the "media and text" block achieve the effect you are looking for? It sounds like it might fit the bill.

Duncan
Thanks Ducan :)
I had to search for the "Media" block, but once I added it, that was just the thing! I appreciate the support, Duncan & Leo. GP is aces!
Awesome :)
