Would you kindly check why my 2 posts are on 2 pages with 1 column each? They are supposed to be on 1 page. It works fine on my other blogs.

Can you first make sure Blog pages show at most WordPress setting is not set at 1?

If that doesn't help, can you try turning off masonry? Not sure if that makes sense if there are only 2 posts per page:
