Code To Add Mailchimp Subscribe Form in Sidebar

Hi guys, I saw a Mailchimp subscribe ticket on here but I tried the code that was recommended and it come back with errors so I thought I'd better open a new one. I need to add a subscribe box in my sidebar that says "Get Notified of the Latest Posts" (I can add this as a title so that's fine) then below that a box for them to put their email address in and a "Subscribe" button. This needs to be linked to Mailchimp. Do I do that through a plugin or code? How do I add this please? :)
