Code Editing Improvements

Hi,
Would you consider adding code editing syntax / highlighting to the hooks section and css editing sections? Wherever there is an option to edit code.
I think this would be a great addition.
Like the core wp.org did in the release of 4.9:

I know it would help me a lot and would lower the possibilities of making a syntax error.
What do you think?
