[Support request] Clubbing comment area

Hi there, I am using a GP child theme.. I wanted to know how i can combine the two below fields.. Currently it shows in this order

1) (‘generate_comment_form_title’) Be part of the discussion and share your views about the article here
2) Comment field
3) This site uses Akismet to reduce spam. Learn how your comment data is processed. (think this is coming from Akismet)
4) (Comment Count) 1 thought on “2019 claims its first casualty of containers going overboard”
5) Comment list

I want it like below..

Hi there,

GP has this filter for changing the Comments Form Title:

But it looks like you have already made changes to the Comments.php? As it doesn’t look like the standard layout. Let me know.
