CLS problem after changing logo and colors of menu

I change the logo file to another one, of the same size but a different color. I also change the header and primary navigation colors.
after these changes, I started having CLS issues.
I tried to put everything as before but the CLS problem remains.

Hi,
I fixed the issue by setting the mobile header to "on".
CLS issues disappeared after this.
