CLS only on some pages

Hi,
My site is slow as hell so I am trying to sort out my pagespeed insights/core web vitals score.
I seem to be getting some trouble with CLS only on some pages according to pageinsights.
On the pages that are marked with CLS issues there seems to be something to do with youtube. The odd thing is that the pages that do well also have youtube videos so I am not sure what the issue is.
I haven't had this issue before this morning but I did make some changes in WP rocket and have tried to put everything back but the issue still seems to be there so I am not sure what is causing it.
Any ideas what this may be?

I can't really tell from the information provided but this doesn't sound like a theme issue though.
The theme itself has no CLS-related issues.
CLS occurs when CSS is deferred from loading – ie. loaded after the initial content is displayed. And the most common reason for this is when CSS is optimized eg. removing unused CSS, creating Critical CSS options.
Have you tried disabling all plugins except GP premium to test first?
Then perhaps removing the YouTube element to test as well?

The page seems to be ok now. I think when I put things back to the way they were there was some delay in it appearing, but everything seems back to normal.
