CLS Layout Shift in Body/Menu

I'm getting hit pretty hard with a CLS of 1.548. Pagespeed is saying the 5 big culprits are below. Do you have any recommendations or insight?
I'm using Litespeed Cache and Perfmatters.

So I disabled the Litespeed Cache plugin and now I'm all green with 0 CLS.
Are you all seeing the same thing?

Are you all seeing the same thing?
We're unable to check LiteSpeed's effects if it's disabled.
But here's something worth checking:
Do you have any Critical CSS set on Litespeed cache? That may cause CLS depending on styling are added there.
