CLS issue from navigation?

Hi David,
Hoping you can give some insight into a CLS issue that seems to be stemming from the header and/or navigation.
Shared link in private info, along with screenshots.
I'm seeing the issue on both mobile and desktop, but especially on mobile. Tested it logged in vs logged out (no ads vs. ads) etc, and seems to happen in all cases. I'm testing using the chrome dev console "Experience" pane within the Performance tab.
As you can see in the screenshots, it's picking up that some element is moving from off the right side of the page and onto the page, and that movement is causing the biggest score ding on CLS. I've tried testing so many things on this and just can't figure this one out.

Hi there,
Looks like there are some caching or optimization plugins activated.
Can you deactivate them to test first?
It could be on a server level as well.
All caching is disabled now, thanks!
Hmm I'm still seeing some sort of caching or optimization when reviewing the source code.
Can you disable all plugins temporarily to test?
Please start a staging site if this is live site with traffic.
