Clio Grow/Lexicata plug-in

Does anyone have experience using the Clio Grow (formerly "Lexicata") plug-in? It creates a "Contact us" form, and it's not wanting to play nicely (I'm not sure if it is inheriting some styles from elsewhere). I was wondering if anyone here had any success using the plug-in and what they did?

What do you mean by "not wanting to play nicely"?
