clicking open the media file

Greetings,
I've added an image block to the homepage and add hyperlink to open the original media file. When I click on the image, it opens it but does not give me any option to close the image and return to the page. I've tried with the hyperlink to open an attachment page and have the same issue.
As you can see on the image below:
