Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
Would this button only appear in the post excerpts? How would you set the URL for each post? A custom field?
Let me know π

Hi Tom, thank you for replying π
As you might have guessed by my questions that I am new to blogging, but I am pretty comfortable with photoshop so I’ve created this image for you to let you know what I want.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/4r05q0ycs2cxy16/sample2.png?dl=0This button will only appear on post excerpts (on some posts which will be on the homepage).
I guess I’ll embed the affiliate link on the button so that whenever a visitor clicks the button, it will take him to the affiliate site.April 4, 2019 at 4:26 pm #859999Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperAnd what will happen if the user clicks on the heading? Should it take them to the deal as well?
If so, you might be better off using the regular read more button, and then redirecting the single posts to your destination site with a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-301-redirects/

Yes Tom, it’s on. I unchecked it and then checked it again just to be sure, but it’s of no use π
