Click - Arrow and Click Menu Item not working properly

I selected Click - Arrow under Customizing > Layout > Primary Navigation. The submenu appears on hover instead of Click.

When you reply there is a Private Information field you can add those details to. Only the GP Support team can see them, and any private info is deleted from our servers once you set the topic to resolved.

I created a user for you.
The issue is the "States" menu. When you hover over "States" the sub-menu shows. I want to disable the hover and activate click instead.

Let's do a bit of debugging.
Can you try temporarily disabling the child theme? To see if it's the one causing the issue.
