Classic to Gutenberg

I am using GP premium 1.8.0.
All my post are in classic.
I want to use Gutenberg.
Do I need to change all my post to Gutenberg? If so can you tell me how to do this? Perhaps there is an easy way.
Gutenberg looks much easier to customize for a not so tech person.
