Class .site-branding-container not appear

Hi.
I must replicate my website into another site.
I have to reproduce the header of http://www.realkombatsystem.it into http://www.rksphoto.rf.gd
I have copy all featured and all settings into new site, but, with same theme versione and plugin version
GeneratePress 3.0.3 - Gp Premium 2.0.2 into new site this div into header doesn't not appear.
Where I wrong?
Hi there,
there are certain parameters that are required to display the site-branding-container - it should automatically appear if the Structure is set to Flexbox and you set the Site Title and Tag Line to display. If its not displaying can you:
1. Make sure the structure is set to flexbox.
2. Hide both the Site Title and Tag line. And publish those changes.
3. Then set Site Title and Tag Line to display and republish.
