Childtheme path

Hi there,
Hoping to be able to activate my child theme so that my paths upon view source are:
http://mywebsite.com/wp-content/themes/mytheme/css
vs
http://mywebsite.com/wp-content/themes/generatepress/css
I love GeneratePress and it's lightweight approach, but being a brand guy, I like to show as much ownership as possible...even behind the scenes/under the hood.
Hi there,
You would need to rename the parent theme folder unfortunately.
Doing that will prevent WordPress from receiving updates to the theme.
