Child Theme possibilities

Dear team,
I made the big mistake to customize the all site without using a child theme, do you know if there any way to create on using the actual configuration? I did a lot of customization and I don't want to lose it next update :(

What types of customization are you referring to?
If it's just customer settings then they will be saved during updates.
