Child Theme CSS

Good day,
I am not sure where I am going wrong. I add CSS in the Customizer and it works fine. I put it in the style.css in the child theme and it doesn't.
I used the generic child theme from here. The child theme is active. The functions.php works fine.

Can you provide temporary login to the dashboard?
