Changing theme with Dispatch- performance and CSS issue

Hi Guys,
I am changing the theme in the staging area and have run into a lot of problems. Initially, the mobile score was 20 so in our quest to optimize something broke not sure what. and now the text seems broken. I have attached the screenshot. it would be nice if you could help me resolve this and the performance issue.

Also, please check the PSI report and please guide me to improve on the score otherwise makes no sense to change the theme.

i THink site completely broke now. The authox box has gone out of whack and and youtube embed is not loading anymore. It is a crisis for for me now :).
