Changing the width of the sidebar on pages
5 replies · Started by Sophie on February 27, 2022
Our sidebar is showing as the width we'd like it to be on blog posts. However, on some of our pages it is taking up half the page. How do we get the sidebar to be a consistent size across all posts and pages? I have included the posts and pages where this is happening below:
https://www.wedreamoftravel.com/about/ - This page shows the sidebar as half the page
https://www.wedreamoftravel.com/work-with-us/ - This one is a little smaller but still not quite the size we want
These pages/posts show the sidebar the size we'd like it to be across the entire site (With the exception of a few pages ie. home page where it's been excluded using elements):

Thank you
Hi Ying,
Thank you for your quick response. It appears that CSS is part of our ad server (Mediavine). Do you know if it's likely to cause an issue with ad serving if I remove it?
Your ads might go out of the sidebar area or only show part of the ads.
Ok. Thank you. I have removed it which seems to have fixed the layout issue with the sidebar, and asked Mediavine to take care of any other CSS they require to make the ads run.
Glad to hear that :)
