Changing the text for date published on posts

Hi there guys
I am wanting to change the text for the date published on posts.
Currently it says
July 26, 2018 by (author)
Where will I find the setting in Generate Press to change this to
Last Updated on August 17, 2018

You can disable the author using the customizer:

Then follow the steps here for last updated:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/show-the-updated-post-date/
