changing the "+ more" LINK

Hi Guys,
I want to change the ""+ more" link to something else, on the BLOG page.
Strangely, in Customize / Layout / Blog, it says "Read More"?
I changed it there to "READ More", but it remains the same on the blog page, only changing each individual post to "READ More".
