Changing the mobile view of the woocommerce shop page

Hi,
we want some changes and I am not sure how to deal with it:
Sidebar with filters should be above products (content). Is there any quick solution?
We see all products on the desktop, but on mobile this is a lot to scroll. Is there a possibility to add a "show more" or pagination only on mobile?

Hi there, it am still seeing the maintenace screen? Can you clear any plugin/server caches?
Hi, the maintenance page is deactivated. Click yes when it asks you if you are over 18. Then, everything is working.

I am currently remote working across VPN that uses auto switching, so i can't provide a static IP - if theres not an alternative method, can you provide screen shots of your current page? I can then try to replicate the requirement.
