changing the footer text and adding links.

Hi, I cant find out this info.
I'm trying to change the footer Copywrite info which seems to be set as a default.
I want it to say '©Kevin Hayler 2021 Terms and Privacy' I want to link 'Terms' to a separate page and the same with 'Privacy'
My site did display these details previously but they disappeared when I disabled my page builder.
Can you instruct me please? I'm not at all techy so keep it simple. Thanks
PLUS Can I add a search box to the top menu?
Hi there,
this article explains how to edit the Copyright info:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/changing-the-copyright-message/
In the copyright field you will add something like this:
%copy%Kevin Hayler %current_year%
We could include the HTML for those links in the copyright - but its better to do the following:
1. in Appearance > Menus - create a new Menu - give it a title eg. Footer Bar. And add your two menu items.
2. in Appearance > Widgets > Footer Bar - add a Navigation Menu Widget and select the Footer Bar menu you just created.
For the search - simplest method is the enable the Navigation Search in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation.
Thanks.
You're welcome
